What kinds of designs do you do?

We design graphical abstracts, schemes, cover arts, animations, 3D scientific illustrations, 3D machine components and engine illustrations, educational videos, logos and brochures.

Which fields do you cover?

We usually cover all designs and visualisations pertinent to engineering and basic sciences, including physics, chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, nanotechnology, electronics and materials science and engineering. If you doubt whether we can execute your design, please contact us for a consultation.

Is it necessary to have a sketch or a pre-model?

It depends on your field and design goals. Generally, having a sketch or a pre-model will definitely help us get closer to what you have in mind quicker. But more importantly, in some cases, you should provide us with the structure files of your materials, molecules and proteins for a scientifically accurate illustration.

How long does it take to deliver an order?

The delivery times are provided in the Shop. These times indicate the delivery of the first draft. However, the time can be even shorter for less complex orders. For instance, products with only a few design elements can be delivered in a shorter time frame than expressed. If you are tight on time and have a complex design, you can purchase the urgent variant that will be processed as a priority and out of the queue.

What is the delivered file format?

To construct our illustrations, depending on the convention of the field and design elements, we may use various open-source and proprietary software packages. We will export the final product into a camera-ready resolution and format for delivery. Source files will be available upon request. However, the client must have or buy the appropriate licences to see proprietary formats.

What if we want extra revisions?

Two rounds of revision requests after the first delivery are included in the pricing, and customers are encouraged to use them, as revisions will help us deliver a design according to the customers’ goals and desires. Therefore, customers should focus on the delivered first and second drafts, examine them thoroughly, and be specific with their revision requests. Additional rounds of revisions will attract extra costs, depending on complexity.

How to order and how to pay?

First of all, you need to visit our online Shop and select your desired product and variant. After giving us the information required for executing your design, you will receive a payment link. We use Stripe to process payments. All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. Once the payment is made, we will take your order details and deliver it to you within the agreed-upon time. You can directly email us to discuss your needs and goals for more complex orders. In this case, we will send you a quotation for the price.
